Driving up to the Tre Cime and hiking the circuit is a must, when visiting the dolomites. Nevertheless, it might be that you simply do not have the time to do so or you do not want to spend the money for the toll road.

There is exactly one spot in the valley, from where you are able to see the famous Tre Cime mountainside. It is close to Lago di Landro and you can easily stop by and park your car at the small parking lot (paid parking only). Even though, it is easily accessible, it is not crowded and it might even happen, that you have the whole viewpoint to yourselves.
